Dr.Constance Breese: owner and Veterinarian
      Dr.Breese received degrees from Colby College and Tufts University School of Veterinary

Medicine. She has been in practice for more than 25 years on Martha's Vineyard providing wellness

and emergency care to animals on the Vineyard, Nantucket and Nashaweena islands. Dr.Breese is an

author and was a regular contributor to edibleVineyard magazine writing about local farms and

food. She is the author of Head to Tail Wellness a veterinarians guide to raising a healthy dog. The

book is available on Amazon. Dr.Breese attends continuing education conferences annually to

enhance her ability to diagnose and treat her patients.
A West Tisbury resident Dr.Breese shares her

home with her husband John, son Nolan and  with Waffles a Nigerian dwarf rabbit.


Alyssa Venincasa: Veterinary Nurse
      Alyssa has been with Sea Breeze Veterinary Service for over four years. A graduate of
Smith College, she comes to us with many years of veterinary experience having worked in practices in western MA, Boston, Martha's Vineyard and New York City. Alyssa's depth of knowledge, hands on approach to veterinary care, and extensive equestrian background is an asset to our team. She is now a student pursuing a 
bachelor's degree in nursing at Northeastern University but has remained on as a part time staff member.
      Alyssa has been a long time Vineyard summer resident and since joining us in 2011 she has made the Vineyard her year round home. She lives in Oak Bluffs with her partner, Traeger di Pietro and Dogue de Bordeaux, Blanche, two cats Theo and Winslow and  Happy a Shitzu-Poo.

Anna Sylvia: Veterinary Assistant
       Anna began working for Sea Breeze Veterinary Service in September of 2015. She is a 2015 graduate of the University of Vermont with a BS in Animal Science and a minor in Community Development and Applied
Economics. Anna has an extensive background in both large and small animal health, behavior, and nutrition.
During her time at UVM Anna participated in dog training and behavior, and both bovine and equine reproduction and artificial insemination. With over 7 years experience working at the local grain store here on the Vineyard, Anna is eager to contribute her knowledge of animal health and nutrition with the community. Anna was born and raised on Martha's Vineyard and graduated from Martha's Vineyard Regional High School in 2011. When Anna is not working she adores spending time with her Belgian Draft horse Virgil, English Mastiffs Boss and Xena, and her rescue puppy Mandarin.
